*The filing of a complaint does not prevent the use of other dispute resolution methods, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.

*We inform you that, in order to properly process your complaint or claim, your data will be compiled in our customer database, and the necessary notifications will be sent to our supplier company, which operated your flight or provided the service that is the subject of the complaint or claim. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and under security measures, and will be retained for the time necessary to assist you.
